- All work by Muffy Young Handweaving is returnable for any reason within two weeks of our shipping date. Please notify us to expect the return.
- Customers pay the cost of return shipping.
- The returned piece must be in new condition and never worn, with the hangtag attached and packing list included.
- If you would like to make an exchange, we will ship the new piece to you for free.
- If you do not want to exchange it, your refund will be issued once we have examined the returned piece and confirmed its as-new condition.
- Our pieces are carefully inspected before shipment. If we have missed a flaw please be in touch and we will repair or replace the piece.
